巴生秋香茶室‘干’肉骨茶 Ba Kut Teh

we just 2 person, why give us so many cup?
but i like the service, all the tea beg put on table
all you need to do is select your favourite chinese tea
and put in hot water, self service
the waiter only need to drop down your food order, no drinks :)
it was so crowded, although over lunch hours
it was already 3pm+ that time
i bet maybe '阿贤' TV show
have recommend this place before

Dry Bak Kut Teh
the outlook not pretty
but it doest taste so delicous
bit like dark soya sauce bak kut teh, just it was dry

it have original soup type Bak Kut Teh as well

hmm...if wan to compare, dry one taste delicious, it was dry

but i prefer soup type, soup make me warm, especially in cold weather

try both, i would strongly recommend :D

p/s: it have vege/steam fish/tofu etc other stuff to order as well if you doesn't like bak ku teh

Lgc bought me mooncake from the bakery shop
near his home

WOW! it look really delicious! ^^
the baker make the shape like 'tambun' biscuit
or 'dragon pearl' biscuit

i think this one is 'lian rong'
rotus seed paste

this is wheat nut

this is normal red bean

Hmm...it have a very fresh and nice butter smell of it skin

but the taste is totally not oily at all

and the inside paste is really fresh ~

unlike other mooncake, the paste was so tooth-sticky

i love it, really, going to buy it again next year :D

Steam Egg with Prawn :)

Steam Egg with Prawn
Marinate prawn with bit pepper, sesame oil, salt
bit the egg become bubble
add in prawn, ginger, garlic
steam for 15-30 minute :)

Fresh Clear Boil Vege
clean the vege
boil water + oil and salt
put in vege, 3-5minute
take out and mix with some soya sauce or oyster sauce :)

Traditionally, my mom cook the prawn with skin on it, and never bit the egg till bubble

but i keen of trying the taste like 'cake' so i bubble the egg

and peer off the prawn skin, cause i lazy to peer while i am eating :)

Enjoy~
