Mom's style porridge

Dry Scallop with lean pork meat
sliced meat and marinate with sesame oil, pepper and light soy sauce
boil water with dry scallop until soft
add in water to boil with rice and put in pork when porridge done
stir and become thick

add in some 'Eo-Cha-Kuih' for teao chew style :D
