Lunch & Dinner

This is my favorite type of fry rice
only with garlic quick stir fry rice with slice cabbage and egg
it taste really 'Home made'
& don't have that kinda 'sausage' smell

The home made Bak Kut Teh
boil with Pork or Chicken with Chinese herb
Traditionally serve with some light boil vegetable oyster sauce
& don't forget, Yew Cha Keoy

Slurp! Slurp! Yummy!

Dry Oyster Poridge

Dry Oyster clean with water
add in ingredient like 3 peel of garlic, 1 cup rice, few sliced of fresh ginger
boil to become porridge
add in salt and some seasoning as you prefer

*TADA* that is my oyster porridge
serve hot with small cut spring onion

alternatively, you may add in ingredient you prefer
