Cut Brocolli (Whole brocolli soak with salt water 15minute, Cut, soak with hot water with add in sesame oil & salt for 5minute, take out)
Cut BB corn (wash & cut as you prefer)
Cut Tomatoes (wash & whole cut 1:4)
Slices of Abolone Mushrooms (wash and slice using hand)
Slices chicken marinate with sesame oil, pepper and bit of light soy sauce
Method:
Hard boil water, add in Tomatoes and BB corn, add in some dry salty 'tong chai 冬菜', boil for 15-20minute (even longer if you wish to have a sticky tomato soup taste with 'melty' tomato meat)
add in brocolli and sliced abalone mushrooms, bring to boil, put in chicken, serve hot after boil
This is my vege soup, actually u no need add in salt
if you select 冬菜 to be substitue for salt
it taste tomatoes sour sweet
surprisinglyl! it don't taste any 'greeny' smell of vege
because all the thing is cook without oil
will be better consume while it hot
can even taste it with white rice or add in rice noodles
