Dinner

"Kailan Stir Fry Rice with Fish Fillet"

Cut BB Kailan vege to small piece

stir fry with bit oil hot pan with garlic

put in cooked rice fry till fragrance

add in egg ready to be serve

it taste really healthy and not heavy at all :D

My so called "Kim-Chi Tuna Mix Rice"

Tuna, i use those Tuna chunk in Salt Water/ Olive Oil

plus bit bit sesame oil and mix with cooked rice

Yummy!

"Baby Kailan"
Hard boil water with sesame oil & salt

put in cutted kailan vege

done with bit oyster sauce for taste
