fry mushroom pork with ginger

Cut fresh mushroom into slice

Cut pork into thin sliced marinate with soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, bit of flour
sliced fresh young ginger
(if you want spicy, may use old ginger)

heat oil, fry fine chopped garlic, ginger to bit golden
put in marinate pork continue frying
add in mushroom
quick fry, no need to add in water, may add in some black pepper to taste
at last, add in some salt and soy sauce

yummy! try out for healthy balance diet! ^^
