Chinese tonic Breakfast

养生面线

is not a very good presentation
but it do taste great

slow cooker the ingredient over night for 10hours with water
red date, gou-ci, dong gui, america ginseng
add some thin slice lean meat (pork/ chicken) before serving
add on cooked mee-sua (noodles)

serve hot, good smell of Chinese tonic medicine
sweet with red date and bit Chinese herb bitterness

Good for body metabolism, face especially women :D
