Clean the prawn with salt and clear with water
Marinate with: little more rice wine, pepper, light soy sauce for 5 minute
Boil water and add in spring onion & splash open ginger
Add in the prawn, and not marinated water
*This step is very quick*
take off this prawn after 2-3 minute to prevent over cook
place the prawn on the drain about 30sec
to dry the extra water, and string up the meat
*Ta-da-da* that is 'drunk prawn' cause marinate with alot of rice wine :)
serve with: fine tiny chopped garlic mix with light soy sauce/ cut chilli
