India Crusine :)

i love to eat spices

last week i have a India traditional style crusine in one of JB town behind shop

well, it was spicy (not recommend for anti-spicy group), really, but nice :)

as you can see, it serve using banana leaf

to substitute the 'plate'

This is call 'Keropok' in my language

type of fry crispy thin flour mixture with spices

This is 'appetizer soup'

it in small cup, sour spices soup

our 'add on' small dishes

masala-chicken

India style curry chicken :)
Masala fry fish

So, it look like this, all in small plate

for one person's portion

My drink

'yogurt lassi'

blend yeast milk till bubble

it taste yogurt sour sweet ;)

Then, they 'top up' with white rice on your banana leaf

please stop for your share

and with some fish/chicken gravy on top

This is the handsome who serve us

see his hand taking a special '4bowl container'

it contain of 4 main compulsory dishes on everyone's banana leaf :)

1st, fry long bean with spices and tiny fish

2nd, curry spices vegetable potato and tomato's gravy

3rd, vegetable gravy with spices

Well, i having a good meal there, you can also try other top up dishes for ordering like roti canai/plata, mee goreng, seafood gravy or cuttle fish or prawn..

Wanton Noodles 云吞面

Ever since i young i have eat this 'Wanton' noodles

it was noodles mixture mostly by egg not water, so it was very tender when you bite, and also will soak alot of soup when cook it

Wanton noodles special cook it in hot boil stock water, and stir with dark sauce and light sauce

'Wanton' come from the word chinese, where they use the flour skin to wrap seasoning minced pork and minced vege, cook in boil soup :) or fry it :)

soup & fry wanton :D

the owner's special chili sauce
it was not spicy, bit tangerin taste

the green chili is marinate in vinegar
and it taste sour, and not spicy
for eat with the noodles :)

But i seldom eat Wanton noodles, because some hawker cooked it so dry or overcooked the noodle, which sometime i dislike their taste of dark sauce of noodles, or the wrap wanton

but this one really a big recommend for those who love Wanton noodles, it was not dry, not oily, and the fry wanton are just so nice when you dip it with the homemade chili sauce
