All you need to do is chop & cut everything into small pieces/ sliced as your preference and mix it all & cook :D

-Very Simple, just place thin sliced Lap Cheong on cooked rice and steam it for around 20 minute
-the oil from the Lap Cheong will mix with white rice, nice aroma :D

-Cut water hard beancurd into small pieces and quick fry it with butter until golden (become dry, so when fry later will not 'smash' and can have 'effect' of Egg ^^)
-in hot pan, put in some oil and quick fry salty radish till aromatic, put in fine chop season bean, chilli, fry bean curd, quick stir add in some salt and sugar
-alternative may put in sesame oil :)

from left: egg, sugar, constant milk, flour, corn flour
 Pancake:
- mix flour, corn flour, sugar, constant milk (as you prefer) and egg

1 heatt pan with bit of butter (if is non-stick pan, no need to put butter also can), pur in thin mixture and roll it when half cook
2. add in few roll to make it like 'tree age' cake, like sushi roll in hot pan
3. cut it into small pieces & plate
normal water cream add in orange and stir until hard creamy
 Orange cream
- pour out fluid cream (box or can, easily purchase from market) in a bowl, mix it with some orange juice and sugar

1. Stir well using fork or chopstick, not spoon, to make some bubble and hit harder become more sticky cream (alternatively, may put in a tupperware and shake also ^^)
* Acid from oranges/ lime/ lemon or apple/ orange fruit jam can make cream (milk) become sticky cream*
