Small fish poridge with mackarel fish in Teriyaki sauce
-Sliced mushroom, carrot in small dice shape
-wash small 'silver fish' serveral time, to wash away the salty & fishy smell
-boil water, put in 'silver fish' cooked 1/2hour, put in rice, cut carrot & mushroom, cooked till become poridge
*aware of the fishy smell at 1st when u boil in water*
*alternatively, may put in few thin cut wide slide of ginger and few smash garlic for light good aroma ;)*
-as for the Mackarel fish, open one can, i choose 'ayam brand', pour it out and steam in hot steam for 20minutes, serve hot with poridge

p/s: Fish have high DHA & protein, especially little silver fish, is fresh and good for Baby food also :D
